Antiques Valuation Day Returns to Denstone Hall Farm Shop!

An exciting Antiques Roadshow-style event is coming back to the beautiful grounds of Denstone Hall Farm Shop this summer!

On Thursday 11th June, between 10am and 4pm, the team from Leighton Hall Auctions will once again be hosting a free Antiques & Jewellery Valuation Day—and this time with two standout experts joining the line-up.

⭐ Special Guest Valuers

We’re delighted to welcome:

  • Kate Bliss – well known for her appearances on the BBC’s antiques programmes
  • Sophie Chapman – a highly respected jewellery expert and former Bonhams valuer

All antiques are required for our monthly and specialist auctions, with our auctions reaching international markets, such as pottery, jewellery, silver, gold, watches, advertising, militaria, coins, toys, country and sporting along with any other items you may have.

Alongside Kate and Sophie, further valuers present on the day include  Toby Hall (20th Century Ceramics, Taxidermy and Gold / Silver Coins), Ed Goodall (Toys, Watches, Advertising and Automobilia) and Fergus Lees (Militaria, Country / Sporting and Medals). All of our valuers also have a general understanding in the world of antiques and would love to view and talk about any items that you may consider selling!

🏺 What to Expect

  • Free, no-obligation valuations – no appointment needed
  • Simply turn up and bring along your antiques or collectables
  • Items are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis

Whether you have jewellery, silver, watches, ceramics, coins, toys, militaria, or something unusual tucked away at home, the team would love to see it. Please note, you may experience a short wait to see the relevant valuer, we apologise for this in advance.

If you’re happy with the advice you receive, you’ll also have the opportunity to consign your items for auction on the day. Leighton Hall Auctions regularly reach international buyers, giving your items the best possible exposure. Further information about selling at auction with ourselves can be found HERE.
