February Fine Antiques Auction Top Lots

HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR FEBRUARY FINE ANTIQUES & JEWELLERY AUCTION
Leighton Hall Auctions hosted their first Fine Antiques and Jewellery auction of 2024, which included over 620, which were all under the gavel on Saturday 17th February 2024. The Sale started at 9:30am with some fantastic private collections being offered for auction to include early Royal Doulton, Jewellery, Staffordshire Bocage figures and much more! Our auctioneers for the day were Toby and Rob who were busy selling until 3:40pm in what was our strongest sale to date with over 700 bidders registered from all 4 corners of the earth.

We were honoured to curate such a fantastic and diverse auction for a wide range of collectors. Also included was the final section of the retired watchmaker's inventory, a sublime feature of jewellery and so much more! The Top 10 lots were as follows:
Lot 395 - 18ct yellow gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date gentleman's wristwatch.
Hammer Price: £6900.
Lot 397 - Ebel Automatic 1911 gentleman's wristwatch.
Hammer Price: £5800
Lot 394 - Rolex Submariner Oyster Perpetual Date gentleman's wristwatch.
Hammer Price: £5500
Lot 524 - 18ct yellow gold diamond 3 stone ring, total diamond weight circa 3.59ct.
Hammer Price: £5100
Lot 396 - Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust bi-metal, 18ct gold and stainless steel Jubilee bracelet.
Hammer Price: £3500
Lot 303 - Oil on oak panel in gilt frame of a still life floral scene, believed Dutch.
Hammer Price: £2400
Lot 364 - A good collection of Rolex watch parts and similar to include dials, movement parts, balances and much more.

Lot 525 - 9ct gold double link charm bracelet, complete with over 40 charms.
Hammer Price: £1850
Lot 451 - Victorian hallmarked silver mounted and glass novelty claret jug in the form of a duck, Birmingham 1892.
Hammer Price: £1500
Lot 519 - 9ct gold charm bracelet with approximately 44 individual charms.
Hammer Price: £1450
