Franki Falkow
Head of Media & Communications
Franki Falkow joined Leighton Hall Auctions in September 2025 as Head of Media & Communications and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Since joining, Franki has fully immersed herself in the world of auctions, bringing with her a strong background in antiques alongside extensive experience in content creation, marketing, and operations. Franki manages the auction house’s social media, website, and much of the day-to-day communications, often with a camera in hand, ready to capture behind-the-scenes moments or film a quick video from the saleroom.
Prior to joining Leighton Hall Auctions, Franki worked in content and operations roles within the creative industry, including at a content repurposing agency where she led client delivery and helped brands expand their digital presence across multiple platforms. Franki also managed a busy antique and vintage emporium, working with over 50 independent traders and maintaining her passion as an antiques dealer.
A published author, freelance writer, and video editor, Franki enjoys using her creative skills to write articles, produce engaging content, and share the stories behind the fascinating items that pass through the auction house. She has also developed a keen interest in the auction process itself, enjoyed her first stint as auction clerk, and loves learning every aspect of the saleroom.
Outside of work, Franki is a football enthusiast and former player who now coaches young girls aged 4–7 at a local club. She has a lifelong love of antiques, interior design, and all things quirky - particularly Victoriana, taxidermy, vintage Christmas decorations and cards, and fairy tale books, which she avidly collects. A proud maximalist, Franki’s love of colour and character extends beyond work and into everyday life, which she shares with her husband, their dog Bob Dylan, and cats Dave Lister and Crowley.
